Our kitchen is the beating heart of the Sporting, where every dish is a homage to the roots of Caorle cuisine and the Italian culinary heritage. We dedicate ourselves with passion to the search for ingredients, always the freshest, convinced that only the highest quality can transform a simple dish into a work of gastronomic art.

The recipes of the local tradition come alive in our dishes, bringing to the table the scents and flavours of the sea and the land of Caorle, with an eye always on seasonality and provenance. Our simple yet refined cuisine is born among the fishermen's nets and is inspired by the ancient dwellings made of reeds and straw, with simple yet skilful gestures that mould the local products, restoring authenticity and genuineness to each recipe.
